The hardest yoga pose to do is to sit still and just be. We live in a world where we would rather occupy our mind/self with other things rather than to sit and be in the moment to process our emotions. Once you reach the point of accountability, the power is immaculate.

Join me and Heavenly Sly as we help you to promote the 5 C´s of social-emotional learning and mindfulness: consciousness, compassion, confidence, courage and community, through Sound Bowl Healing, journaling and just being PRESENT in the moment.

Pen and paper is encouraged.

We will be laying down (Corpse Pose) while listening to the sound bowls while I do a Mindfulness Guide

Please bring a yoga mat/pillow/blanket so that you will be comfortable on the hardwood floor.

I will have some of my Herbal Tea to help calm the nervous system before we start.

LIMITED TO 20 Participants.
